Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals find their next best friend.

Duties
  • Provide counseling for animal adoption and fostering
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Show animals to potential adopters
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Collaborate with other associates to create pathways for foster and adoptions

Preferred Skills:

- Customer service experience

-Ability to work with diverse populations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Veterinary or animal care background

- Familiarity with veterinary practices or procedures

Job Type: Full-time
