  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive responsible adoption across the engineering organization.
  • Own cross-cutting platform concerns such as observability, scalability, resiliency, cost efficiency, and security.

  • Stakeholders and teams view you as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Technical debt is proactively addressed and mitigated through well-defined patterns and frameworks.
  • You mentor and influence engineers across levels, elevating the technical bar and team performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience leading architecture across multiple product lines or organizations.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level architecture strategy, governance, and implementation.
  • Strong background in React, Redux, , Java, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Deep experience with AWS or similar cloud environments, CI/CD, microservices, and serverless architectures.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, concurrency, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and introduce frameworks, reference architectures, or technical standards at scale.

Preferred:

  • Experience guiding architectural decisions across multiple products or domains.
  • Proven success leading modernization initiatives such as cloud-native transformations or platform re-architecture.
  • Expertise in distributed systems design, including event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks or architecture governance practices.
  • Prior experience influencing technical direction across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on contributions to scaling systems in highly regulated or high-throughput environments (e.g., financial services, payments, healthtech).
  • Strong background in mentoring senior engineers and architects toward higher-level architectural thinking.
  • Advanced certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional) or system design.
