Service Sales Account Manager

Here's what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:

This position will be based out of our Milford MA located in the Worcester – East, Boston, NH, RI Market reporting to the Director of Business Development.

Building strong and long-lasting relationships:

Help grow and build our Roofing and Service businessWork with GRS team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with current clientsCommunication with existing customers and explain GRS opportunitiesRegular follow-up on quotes and tendersAttend association, industry, and networking eventsPlan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the clientWork with Local and GI teams to promote GRS's brand and services through marketing and social media channels

Technical skills and responsibilities:

Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely mannerComplete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely mannerAbility to conduct presentations virtuallySupporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time managementPrevious 2-3 years sales experiencePrior exposure dealing with property or facility managersAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to develop and maintain strong relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the businessExperienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office)Clear understanding of contract documents
