Fíor Solar is expanding — and we're looking for motivated, coachable, and energetic Sales Representatives ready to thrive in one of the fastest-growing industries. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, our comprehensive training and ongoing support ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap — our top performers are making $200K per month. Plus, with leads provided and commissions that grow with your volume, your income is truly in your hands.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Represent Fíor Solar and our mission to bring clean, affordable energy to local communities
  • Engage in face-to-face conversations with homeowners and business owners, generating interest in solar energy solutions
  • Educate potential clients about the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
  • Build relationships with customers while consistently delivering professional and positive interactions
  • Set and strive to exceed personal and team goals
  • Participate in continuous training that emphasizes mentorship, personal development, and leadership
  • Work independently in the field while also collaborating with our supportive team
  • Uphold the core values and integrity of the Fíor Solar brand in every interaction

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Consistently brings a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Based in or able to work in the Long Island, New York or NJ area
