As a Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrols Unarmed in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns, reporting findings according to site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, offering assistance as needed and promoting a welcoming environment.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or in response to incidents.
• Participate in training sessions and follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to maintain compliance with guidelines for financial institution locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
