Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bead Blasting Tile & Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves performing bead blasting to remove calcium and scale from pool tiles, handling general pool cleaning and maintenance, and completing tile replacement. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bead blasting to remove scale and buildup from pool tiles.
  • Conduct routine pool maintenance including brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and checking chemical levels.
  • Complete tile replacement and regrouting as needed.
  • Inspect pools and equipment for damage or needed repairs.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
  • Safely operate company equipment and maintain a clean work area and vehicle.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in pool cleaning, bead blasting tile cleaning and tile replacement required.
  • Basic understanding of pool systems and maintenance.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual.
