As a Staff Nurse Homecare at VNA Health Group, you'll be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients who need it most. You'll make a direct impact on their lives by assessing their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and empowering patients and families with the knowledge they need to live healthier lives. What You'll Do:
- Get the Best Training: Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn everything you need to succeed – from key procedures to our EMR system, safety protocols, and compassionate care.
- Be the Expert: Assess patients with complex health needs, develop personalized care plans, and ensure the best outcomes.
- Make a Connection: Educate and guide patients and families through their healthcare journey – helping them understand their conditions and the path to better health.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a team of VNA clinicians and external providers to ensure seamless care and optimal results for every patient.
- Document with Purpose: Record and track changes in patient conditions, updating care plans to reflect their progress and needs.
Qualifications
What We're Looking for in You:
We're searching for a nurse who's not only skilled but also compassionate and motivated to help patients achieve their health goals. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact on people's lives, we want to hear from you.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
- 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points if you have experience in homecare).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – you'll be guiding and educating patients and families.
- Proficient with technology – navigating EMR systems and using digital tools to enhance patient care.
- A reliable car and valid driver's license – you'll be traveling to patient homes, so your own transportation is key
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment.
- Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools to stay connected with your team and patients.
- You'll be making a direct impact through client and customer contact, so your presence is invaluable.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $60,000 to USD $110,000 When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
