About the role

We are seeking a capable Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks. You'll start as a key individual contributor to our warehouse team, with the potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

What you'll do:

  • Warehouse inventory management
  • Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately
  • Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check and verify shipping labels
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Communicate operational needs & concerns to HQ team
  • Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries
  • Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts
  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
  • Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
  • Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • High school diploma
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A BS degree is preferred
  • Forklift Certified is preferred but not required

  • Job Type: Seasonal 4-6 weeks (with potential to extend)
  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
  • Shift: 6am-10am
