Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be proficient in various accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Duties

  • Track income, commissions, and expenses
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to identify discrepancies.
  • Support general office operations and special projects as required
  • Utilize accounting software for efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist with accounting tasks, including technical accounting functions.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in financial concepts and practices related to bookkeeping.
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Strong skills in budgeting, balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and technical accounting standards.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
