Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic, well-connected Investment Fundraiser to join Joy Boost's founding team. This role is ideal for a high-level connector or investor relations professional with deep relationships in the VC, angel, and accelerator ecosystem, especially in hardware, climate tech, consumer electronics, or ad-tech sectors.

You'll play a pivotal role in securing institutional and strategic capital, shaping investor strategy, and guiding the company through its upcoming Seed and Series A rounds. You'll work directly with our executive team and advisors to identify aligned investors, refine our fundraising narrative, and close deals that propel Joy Boost into its next growth stage.

Minimum Requirements:

• A well-connected capital strategist or operator with a strong network in VC, angel, or accelerator communities.
• Experienced in raising early-stage funding (Seed–Series A) for tech, hardware, or climate startups.
• A persuasive storyteller and relationship builder with high emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and energized by the startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investment Strategy

• Lead outreach and relationship-building with venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic funds.
• Develop and execute the company's fundraising roadmap from Seed through Series A.
• Craft and refine pitch materials, financial models, and investor communications.
• Identify strategic funding opportunities (grants, partnerships, joint ventures).
• Represent Joy Boost in investor meetings, demo days, and industry events.

Strategic Leadership

• Advise on capital structure, valuation strategy, and investor alignment.
• Support the executive team in shaping long-term financial planning and exit strategy.
• Collaborate on storytelling that connects our product vision, sustainability mission, and market traction.

Network Expansion

• Leverage your investor and accelerator network to secure high-value introductions.
• Cultivate relationships with partners in climate tech, energy, consumer tech, entertainment, and advertising sectors.
• Establish Joy Boost as a recognized name within the early-stage investment ecosystem.

Compensation

This is an equity-based position with the potential for significant upside as Joy Boost scales. Compensation will be structured through founder-level equity and performance-based vesting, with opportunities for conversion into a paid leadership role post-raise.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $40, $120,000.00 per year
