Job description:

Hallmark Homecare is seeking caregivers with 8 or more years of caregiving experience. She needs assistance with the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care Assistance: Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding and hygiene needs.
  • Assistance with her her ileostomy bag.
  • Mobility Support: Assist with transfers using a wheelchair and walkers.
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare nutritious meals in line with a heart-healthy diet while incorporating the client's favorite foods
  • Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living space, including laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens.
  • Companionship & Engagement: Provide meaningful conversation, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.
  • Memory Care
  • Errands: Taking clients to doctors appointments and picking up medications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 or more years of caregiving experience

  • Valid Drivers License and Insurance

  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Excellent communication and empathy skills

Schedule:

Daily - Morning and Evening hours - 32 hours total

(Shift may be longer according to client's needs)

Location: Arlington
