Summary

Join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor at Lehman Volvo Cars. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. Your expertise will help uphold our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

'Responsibilities'

Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns.

  • Explain automotive maintenance services and repairs clearly to customers.
  • Write detailed service estimates and work orders.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and services.
  • 'Qualifications'
  • Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of auto software such as Dealertrack and Xtime is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and a heart for customer service.
  • Prior experience in automotive diagnostics or mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive annual pay based on experience and abilities. This is a non commission position with hourly compensation including overtime at 1.5 hourly and bonuses paid based on Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
