The Central Sterile Supply Technician is responsible for decontamination, packaging, sterilization and maintenance of instruments, equipment and supplies for processing and packaging operations.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services.  We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:   
  • Decontaminates, maintains, packages and sterilizes instruments, equipment and supplies for Process, Recovery, and Ocular departments. 
  • Decontaminates, packages and sterilizes items for various locations and clinics as needed 
  • Performs decontamination of clean room laboratory spaces. 
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, AATB standards, and FDA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical or technical training preferred 
  • One year of experience in Central Sterile preferred 
  • Working knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills required
