This entry-level role focuses on retail sales, customer engagement, and sales support. As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll learn the fundamentals of customer interaction, product presentations, and retail brand promotion, with a clear path to leadership and management roles based on performance.

Note: This position is 100% in-person, splitting time between our office and retail locations in the Metro-Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Engage with customers in retail environments to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer engagement skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
  • Attend in-office and virtual training sessions focused on product knowledge and leadership development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to commute to multiple retail locations in Metro-Atlanta.
