Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing (Entry Level)

About Us

Wynn Acquisitions is a sales and marketing firm partnering with wholesale retailers to represent clients in home entertainment and telecommunications. We provide hands-on training in sales, marketing, and business development to help entry-level team members grow into leadership roles.

What You'll Do

  • Learn and apply B2C sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer engagement skills.
  • Connect with customers face-to-face, recommend products, and drive conversions.
  • Assist with lead generation, account management, and territory sales.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and support retail marketing campaigns.
  • Track prospects and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Energetic, outgoing, and excited about entry-level sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coachable, goal-driven, and ready to learn business development strategies.
  • Experience with CRM, retail sales, or marketing is a plus but not required.
