Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $30–$32 per hour
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Dialysis Technician for an exciting job in Cooperstown, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs throughout treatment sessions.
- Assist nursing staff with patient preparation, care, and post-treatment cleanup.
- Ensure proper infection control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and observations.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Dialysis Technician preferred.
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols.
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure & Certifications:
- State-required Dialysis Technician certification (if applicable).
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical dialysis setting.
