As a Private Duty Nurse, you will serve a unique community of patients and make a positive impact on their quality of life, one patient at a time. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed in the state of Texas or qualifying Compact state as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must have reliable transportation; must be able to reliably commute.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse with experience preferred but not required- tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.
  • Previous Private Duty Nursing experience as well as ICU, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass state required background screening.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must successfully pass drug screening.
  • Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse must have effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrates commitment to professional growth.

SALARY

  • LVN: Up to $23 per hour
  • RN: Up to $33 per hour
  • May be negotiable based on premium shift and nurse experience.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Night shifts are available for pediatric patients
  • The ideal nurse is skilled with g-button care, tracheostomy and/or ventilator management.
  • Pay rates negotiated based on patient assignment.
