As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence on routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, as you will navigate the premises in accordance with Allied Universal's standards. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor the premises for potential security-related concerns and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the location and maintain awareness of all entrances and exits.
• Complete required reports and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
