The role of: Night Supervisor

Currently Hiring for: Just Cozy Dimond Center

The Night Supervisor is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The role reports to the Anchorage Store Manager and works to maximize sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times. We are looking for a team of individuals to sell and promote Just Cozy merchandise through execution of the "Spirited Service" standards. The Night Supervisor is responsible for completing the sales generation and operational functions of the store.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An energetic and friendly team player with a positive mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • 1 year of sales and managerial experience in a retail environment
