Mid10 Home Improvement is the residential remodeling division of Exterior Wholesale Supply (EWS), a trusted leader in building materials and construction services across the Southeast. Formerly known as Siding King, Mid10 is rebranding and expanding into full-service home improvement — from siding and roofing to kitchens, baths, and closets.

We're a small but fast-growing team backed by the resources of EWS and VP Supply Corp. As we build out the Mid10 brand, we're looking for our first dedicated Sales Representative to help drive residential remodeling revenue and grow with us.

This is not your typical corporate sales role. You'll work directly with homeowners to understand their remodeling needs, build trust, and guide them through the project planning process. You'll be backed by a team of specialists and project managers, but you'll be the face of Mid10 — helping to drive brand awareness, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to understand renovation goals and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build quotes, manage follow-up communication, and guide customers through the sales process
  • Represent the Mid10 brand with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cabinet, closet, and kitchen design handoffs
  • Adapt to customer schedules — including occasional evening or weekend appointments
  • Prospect new business and follow up on inbound leads
  • Stay up to date on product offerings and trends in home improvement

Requirements

We're looking for a relationship-builder with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller, fast-moving environment and wants to help build something from the ground up.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, construction, or remodeling a strong plus)
  • Are personable, professional, and comfortable talking to homeowners
  • Know how to listen, ask great questions, and build trust quickly
  • Are excited to work closely with your manager and help build a new division
  • Have general knowledge of residential construction or remodeling (or a willingness to learn)
  • Are self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to hear "no"
  • Want to grow with a company and eventually help train or lead others
