Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing to execution planning in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring a variety of offerings that meet dietary needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Utilize knife skills for preparation and execution, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Assist in catering events as needed, providing high-quality service to guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in restaurant settings.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Experience in supporting a new restaurant with processes and procedures is a plus

Availability

  • We are seeking full time staff, we operate Tuesday through Saturday - off on Sundays and Mondays
  • Flexibility in scheduling is a big plus as this is a new concept and peak hours are undetermined at this time
