Schedule: Full Time

Shift : M-F 7:30-4:30, expectation to be available during all clinic hours

Location: 1245 W GRANADA BLVD, Ormond Beach, 32174

The role you'll contribute:

Responsible for directing all activities within the center, including personnel, environmental control, assistance to physicians, equipment, and material control. This position supervises all activities within the center and prepares and implements an approved budget. Additionally, this role coordinates operating activities with other departments as necessary. In addition, this position may delegate responsibilities and duties to both professional and non-professional personnel. This role impacts the quality and operational efficiency of the center.

  • Manages all center activities, including personnel, environmental control, assistance to physicians, equipment, and material control.
  • Recruits, staffs, orients, trains, disciplines, and evaluates personnel in accordance with personnel policy and employee relations laws.
  • Reviews employee time and attendance and monitors staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism.
  • Develops and implements the annual budget, overseeing fiscal operations, cost management, revenue generation, accounts payable, and daily financial practices.
  • Coordinates operating activities with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Rounds with team members and patients to ensure patient experience standards are upheld.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Medical office management experience
