About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor – Statistics to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will bring deep statistical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience supporting Clinical Research and Development initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape evidence-based medical decisions and advance innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and interpret clinical trials and research studies.
  • Develop and validate statistical methodologies for study protocols and data analysis plans.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, regulatory, and data management.
  • Provide strategic statistical input into project planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to continuous improvement of statistical processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Research and Development.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160, $250,000.00 per year
