  • Licensed social worker ( LMSW or LCSW) that will provide clinic services to youth in a school-based setting from 8 am - 4:30 pm Mondays - Fridays
  • Maintain an average clinic caseload of approximately 25-30 students grades kindergarten - 12th grade


• Participate in all admissions with child, family and telehealth MD through NYU
• Work collaboratively with our NYU telehealth fellows on each youth's treatment needs

  • Provide Individual and Family Therapy and crisis intervention as needed
  • Collateral involvement with Saugerties Central School District and any outside agencies involved in the youth's care
  • Function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Participate in weekly Treatment Team meetings
  • Advocate for youth and families to obtain community-based linkages with additional supportive services that meet their needs
  • Maintain timely medical record documentation
  • Facilitate thorough discharge planning and complete discharge follow-up
  • Collaborate with school liaisons within Saugerties to facilitate a streamlined and efficient referral and screening process
