Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all grounds as assigned.
  • Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance. This includes trash pickup, mowing and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning.
  • Rakes, shovels, and loads material as needed relating to resort projects.
  • Completes daily site check-ins and check-outs.
  • Performs grounds duties as needed.
  • Reports any unsafe conditions related to grounds and equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Management.
  • Supports and follows Cove Communities all times.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be able to lift fifty pounds on a regular basis and withstand long periods of time on feet.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must have valid drivers' license.
  • Must complete a pre-employment background screening.

Education and Experience

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
