What You'll Do:

  • Enter medical charges and verify patient eligibility.
  • Resolve clearinghouse rejections and identify billing errors.
  • Review patient records and respond promptly to phone inquiries.
  • Generate and submit claims, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Partner with providers to help grow their business while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma (minimum).
  • Strong communication, time management, and computer skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with commercial/government payors or education in medical office, coding, or billing.
