QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in underground utilities with ability to meet regular attendance with dependability and consistency.

* Ability to communicate effectively with employees, Owners, Contractors, Inspectors

* Computer / Jobsite Technology Skills

DUTIES:

* Assist Project Manager in preparing detailed schedule & maintaining that schedule throughout the project. Review and understand list of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Suppliers.

* Read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications.

* Follow safety rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by the MSHA/OSHA policies related to safe and effective material installation.

* Complete daily production forms tracking project progress with strong organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks.

* Must be able to develop positive working relationships with property owners, contractors, City Inspectors and company crews.

Summary

As a Utility Crew Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of utility projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient workflow. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize your core skills in construction management and project scheduling to lead a team effectively. Your bilingual communication and organizational skills will enhance collaboration on-site, particularly in underground utilities and utility locating tasks. With proficiency in construction management software and relevant skills in blueprint reading and quality control, you will drive project success and maintain high standards throughout the construction process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $1,850.00 per week
