Sales Consultant – Luxury Outdoor Living

Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time

Base Salary: $48,000/year

Commission: 3% on gross sales

Location: South Florida (Showroom-based + field sales)

We are a high-end outdoor living company specializing in custom outdoor kitchens, pergolas, structures, and premium outdoor products. Our work blends design, construction, and lifestyle, and our clients expect a polished, consultative sales experience.

We're looking for a talented sales professional with strong design sensibility who can sell:

  • Custom projects
  • Retail products
  • Curated project packages

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding clients from idea → design → execution.

What You'll Be Selling

  • Custom outdoor living projects (Outdoor Kitchens, New Pool and Pool Remodel, pergolas, structures)
  • Retail products (appliances, Outdoor Furniture, Fitness Equipment, fixtures, accessories)
  • Pre-designed project packages and collections
  • Upgrades, add-ons, and design enhancements

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients in the showroom and on-site
  • Understand client needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Present design ideas, layouts, and product options
  • Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and estimates
  • Close deals and manage the sale through contract execution
  • Collaborate with design, permitting, and project teams
  • Maintain organized CRM notes and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (construction, design, outdoor living, kitchens, interiors, real estate, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good design eye and ability to discuss layouts, finishes, and aesthetics
  • Comfortable selling high-ticket projects
  • Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven
  • Confident, professional, and client-focused
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus if you have:

  • Background in construction, architecture, interior design, or outdoor living
  • Experience selling luxury or design-driven products
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Compensation & Growth

  • $48,000 base salary + Transportation subsidy.
  • 3% commission on gross sales on Monthly Sales targets of 200,000 each month.

Pay: $80, $144,000.00 per year
