We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior associate, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida – and is a Hybrid position (4 days in office per week)..

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
  • Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
  • Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response.
  • Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience in financial services experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of total work experience preferred
  • Prior securities, settlements, payment processing, or reconciliations experience preferred
