Medical Assistant | Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team of professionals.

As the Medical Assistant | Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team by greeting visitors, answering telephones, providing information and directing callers/visitors to the appropriate place/person
  • Provide Medical Assistant support to the Occupational Health Coordinator by performing pre-employment physicals, administering and reading TB tests, providing vaccines, etc.
  • The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Based at the Holland Home Corporate Office in Grand Rapids

Required Education & Experience:

  • This opportunity requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's Degree in office management or related field is valued
  • Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant is required
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong computer skills and tech savvy skills are highly valued along with the ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion
