What You'll Do:

  • Find and connect with new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients (we're big on loyalty)
  • Give walkthroughs, quotes, and proposals that wow people
  • Work with our operations team to make sure we deliver what we promise
  • Keep up with market trends to stay ahead of the competition

What You Bring:

  • Sales experience (janitorial industry is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication + customer service skills
  • Confidence and independence — but a team player too
  • Comfortable learning new tools (CRM experience = bonus points)
