Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for a
level 2
Program Planner to join our mission. As our Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and supporting the FBM Capability Definition and Solutions PMs to develop program plans and schedules.

In this role, you will...

  • Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
  • Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
  • Provide the program with time-phased critical

path predictive analysis and actionable planning

data, and develops recommended solutions to

programmatic execution conflicts.

  • Be responsible for meeting Earned Value Management requirements for some supplemental schedules
  • Communicate IMS performance and health metrics, report on major milestones, and integrate with planners across the Program to build and understand interdependencies amongst schedules
