Your impact

Our team in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a self-motivated and creative individual who will oversee facilities and work closely with key members of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and processing of purchase order for medical equipment, receiving and accounting of equipment, managing equipment inventories, and assisting with move management activities
  • Independently writing reports and correspondences; screening calls and responding to requests; managing calendars
  • Making meeting and event arrangements; responsible for expense entries
  • Overseeing administrative building related activities including planning and coordinating installations and refurbishments
  • Preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that administrative facilities are safe and well-functioning
  • Optimizing the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data, including financial data; and maintaining files and records

Here's what you'll need

  • 6-8 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory and/or office management experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in principles and methods of business correspondence and report preparation

Ideally, you'll have

  • Bachelor's or Associates/Technical degree with coursework in public or business administration, or a related field
  • Ability to perform multiple and concurrent tasks, often under time constraints and/or in an environment of frequent interruptions
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to details
  • Proven high level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete work under deadlines

The base salary range for this position is $66,560.00 to $74, Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
