About the Opportunity

Synergy Investments is a fast-growing real estate investment firm purchasing properties directly from homeowners across Northern and Central New Jersey. We specialize in fast, as-is transactions that create win-win solutions for sellers.

We're hiring a Cold Caller / Junior Acquisitions Associate to be the first point of contact with homeowners. This is an entry-level position with a direct path into becoming a full Acquisitions Specialist, where top performers earn six figures.

What You'll Do

You'll be on the front lines of our acquisitions process, generating conversations and identifying motivated sellers.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Make 400–600 outbound dials per day using our dialer system
  • Hold high-volume conversations using scripts while keeping a natural, conversational tone
  • Qualify seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and situation
  • Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to the Acquisitions team
  • Log notes and next steps in the CRM
  • Track daily KPIs: dials, contacts, qualified leads, appointments set
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and call reviews
  • Prepare to transition into the Acquisitions Specialist role

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in cold calling, call-center, inside sales, or telemarketing
  • Comfortable with very high call volume (400–600 dials/day)
  • Strong communicator with solid objection-handling instincts
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and dialers
  • Real estate experience is a bonus but not required

Compensation

This role follows a base + bonus compensation model tied directly to deals that originate from your outreach.

OTE Range:

  • $50,000 – $70,000+ per year

(Actual earnings depend on performance and deal-origin volume.)
