We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process. You will be working with like-minded peers to continually look for ways to refine and improve our processes. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to impact the business and your community

What you'll do: 

Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. 
Collaborates with various team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. 
Builds talent pipelines in a high-volume setting.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs. 
Ensures all job posting and advertisement processes are completed. 
Reviews and analyzes resumes using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). 
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending start dates, and other pertinent details. 
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. 
Analyze recruitment KPIs to improve hiring process. 
Onboarding support including new hire orientations, onboarding activities and background checks. 
Performs other duties as assigned. 

QualificationsWhat you'll need:

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Strategic Thinking.
Negotiation Skills.
Employer Branding. 
Proficient in Microsoft Suite. 
Professionalism, organization, and time management skills.
Experience working with HRIS (Paycom preferably).

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
At least 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume environment.
At least 2+ years of experience managing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
At least 2+ years of experience managing new employee onboarding.
