Role Overview

You'll own franchisor sales end-to-end: land flagship partners, run pilots, and scale to systemwide rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell to franchise
    CEOs/CMOs/VPs of Franchise & Field Marketing
    ; convert your network into a steady pipeline (20–500+ unit systems and strategic nationals).
  • Drive the journey
    first touch → pilot (3–10 stores, control vs. test) → MSA → nationwide rollout
    .
  • Co-market with franchisors: enable franchisee adoption, webinars, launch kits, field training.
  • Build channels (brokers, agencies, POS/ordering partners, associations).
  • Create GTM assets: partner deck, ROI calculator, FDD-friendly language, case studies.
  • Own forecasting and deal tracking.
  • Relay field insights to Product Development.
  • Represent AtlasNova at conferences/trade shows (~25% travel).

Requirements

  • 5+ yrs
    selling to franchises/multi-location brands (restaurant, retail, or services).
  • Track record closing franchisor deals and converting pilots to rollouts.
  • Ability to present POS-tied ROI and pilot results to executives.
  • Executive presence, negotiation strength, and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

  • Existing franchisor/broker/association network;
  • Exposure to POS/ordering stacks (Toast, Square, Clover, Popmenu, etc.).
  • Experience standing up partner programs and playbooks from 0→1.

KPIs

  • New franchisor logos & total contracted units
  • Pilot conversion rate → systemwide rollout
  • ARR booked and gross margin by partner
  • Franchisee adoption (% of units activated, time-to-value)
  • Expansion & retention, case studies/reference sites
  • Co-marketing reach (webinars, events) and sourced pipeline from channels
