We are a trauma-informed integrative mental health clinic committed to whole-person healing and providing accessible, high-quality care to individuals and families across our community. Rooted in compassion and equity, our team blends evidence-based therapy with complementary approaches to support clients. Our community of providers includes therapists, holistic health providers, and wellness professionals working together to support whole-person care.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who brings clinical expertise, heart, and a collaborative spirit. Ideal candidates will have experience working with trauma, mood disorders, neurodiversity, or chronic illness and a desire to grow within a thriving, mission-driven team.

Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in Arkansas
  • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
  • Familiarity with or openness to integrative approaches
  • A culturally responsive, inclusive, and relational approach to care
  • Tech-comfortable and willing to work in a hybrid setting if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and support
