Key job responsibilities
- Lead cross functional development on new features from design through delivery
- Deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines and communicate regularly with the leadership on status, schedule, risks and change control
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple teams and vendors, navigating competing priorities
- Work with subject matter experts to lead and drive new technology initiatives and evaluations
- Develop and champion processes for efficiency and scale in our organization
- Drive content engagement, through partnering with stakeholders and product management.
- Measure, assess, and iterate constantly to drive greater user benefits.
- Success in this role hinges on having natural curiosity, developing a deep understanding of the product's use case and balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
