Bon Secours – Southside Medical Center is looking for locum OB/GYN coverage.

Job Details:
Practice Setting: OBGYN Hospital/Call
Dates of Coverage: November 27th, November 28th, November 29th, November 30th

• Call ratio: 1 to 4

• Total number of beds: 9 in L&D and 20 postpartum

• Number of Physicians in practice: 4

• Support Staff: OBHG hospitalist, surgical assistants, 3 to 4 nurses each shift

• Average number of nursery admissions per day: 2 to 3 per day

• Average call back per 24hr shift: less than 1, you will receive calls from answering service

• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

• Are any specific procedures required: C section, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, abnormal bleeding

Also unreferred patients, the Laborist will take care of those patients.
