In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Schedule & Weekly Pay

We are hiring caregivers to join ourteam in Wetzel and Tyler counties. We're looking for compassionate caregivers who truly embody the Happy to Help mentality — individuals who find joy in making a difference and approach each day with kindness, patience, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Helping clients with mobility issues in and out of the house including walks, doctor's appointments, activities, etc.
  • Complete shopping for the client if needed
  • Meal preparation and planning
  • Completing light housekeeping around the house
  • Provide supportive, uplifting companionship
  • Communicating with the team and reporting any issues to management
  • Ability to act in a quick and responsible manner during emergency situations

Skills:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in related field preferred
  • Excellent understanding of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
  • Good understanding of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Willingness to follow health and safety standards
  • Respectful and compassionate
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients and their families
  • Good time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Ethics
  • Physical endurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Part-time - Full-time

Pay: Starting at $ per hour
