Primary Services is excited to announce the role of
Land Acquisition & Right-of-Way Coordinator
for a large, established client in the energy sector. As a
Land Acquisition & Right-of-Way Coordinator
, you will support land acquisition, budgeting, and project tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams, legal departments, and external partners. Your expertise in database management, documentation, and strategic coordination will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize business processes and procedural guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and reduce project costs.
  • Validate and maintain comprehensive land acquisition data in the Land Tracking Database, ensuring accuracy of parcel information, ownership records, agreements, and project milestones.
  • Create, administer, and analyze database reports to support decision-making.
  • Support legal document request submissions through Salesforce, maintaining workflow protocols and data integrity.
  • Monitor agreement request progress in Salesforce, tracking milestones and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Serve as liaison between land acquisition teams and the Contracts department to ensure efficient data and document flow.
  • Coordinate with county offices, land agents, development, legal departments, and title insurance companies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors on invoice processing and project specifications.
  • Work with GIS analysts to prepare exhibits and technical analyses.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support land acquisition budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management review, project vetting, and progress reporting.
  • Organize and monitor administrative processes, including document management and meeting preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in real property administration, documentation, or real estate operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, database applications, and other proprietary software.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
  • Background in administrative support, office operations, and vendor coordination.
  • Experience managing land acquisition documentation, including legal and contract records.
  • Familiarity with energy industry processes is a plus.
