Join the Digital Trust Compliance team in Digital Citizenship in a Sr. Manager role. The Sr. Manager – Digital Trust Compliance role is a crucial role that will be at the forefront of supporting key strategic initiatives and risks, including implementation of new or existing technologies and governance processes for other privacy compliance controls in the US and internationally. Shaping Walmart's compliant use of data and Technology.

Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Digital Trust Compliance, the Sr. Manager will collaborate with technology, business, and Global Governance partners in the digital trust space to implement technology controls/activities, Processes, and governance across the enterprise.

• Deliver world class execution of our data privacy program. Play a vital role in building Digital Trust with our customers through responsible use of technology and data.

• Manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives related to our data privacy rights program, to include overseeing data mapping, technical verification processes, implementation of specific technical controls across teams not under our direct line of reporting, establishing remediation processes.

• Build relationships across a broad landscape of stakeholders, coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new state privacy laws and consult with various business and technical teams on Digital Trust Compliance areas of expertise.
• Contribute and collaborate within a high performing team solving complex privacy obligations. Share knowledge, best practices, and cultivate a culture of candor and transparency.
• Maintain formal process documents (e.g., procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (create presentations, business cases, and diagrams).
• Collaborate with legal and privacy stakeholders to ensure alignment of decisions and execution within the program. Centrally track decisions or approval procedures across various workstreams.
• Manage and report out on the status of initiatives within the program and provide analysis and solutions to remove roadblocks to the program. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Build business process flow visualizations at the process level across all domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on assignments with internal and external stakeholders to understand the results of data analyses and research by communicating results and findings.
• Collect, organize, and validate data, processes, and information by conducting process observations, mapping, interviews, time studies, data mining and trend analyses; utilize multiple internal and external sources; and analyze data using basic statistical techniques.

What you'll bring….

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, process management or improvement or law AND 3+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, operations management, technology or information security, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, operations management, technology, or information security.
• Background in process and program development, privacy, technology, or data is a plus.
• Experience working with other teams to implement compliance controls.
• Ability to use data to improve processes and drive decisions.
• Effective communication and relationship building skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
