We're working with a well-funded Series A startup on a mission to build digital humans, embodied AI agents in a digital world. The team includes ex-founders, researchers from top AI labs, and engineers from leading tech companies.

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff focused on ML infrastructure, you'll design and scale the platforms that power these AI agents — from high-performance inference engines to distributed systems that train and deploy large models. You'll collaborate with researchers and product engineers to accelerate model training and build robust foundations for embodied AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize model training pipelines including data collection, SFT, and reinforcement learning.
  • Develop and scale distributed training systems, cluster scheduling, and AI networking.
  • Optimize high-performance inference platforms using open-source and proprietary engines.
  • Improve observability, reliability, and scalability across the ML stack.
  • Collaborate with research and product teams to transition breakthroughs into production-ready systems.

What we're looking for:

  • Expertise in inference engines, GPU optimization, cluster scheduling, or cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, vLLM, or Verl.
  • Experience scaling distributed systems for training or serving large models.
  • Startup-ready mindset — adaptable, fast-moving, and high-ownership.
