Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative
Staff Engineer
to lead the design and development of advanced AI and autonomous systems. This role is ideal for a technical leader with deep expertise in
Generative AI, Autonomous Driving, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Edge Computing
, and a proven track record of delivering production-grade intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• AI System Architecture & Development

Design and implement scalable AI models for perception, planning, and decision-making in autonomous systems. Develop and optimize edge AI solutions for real-time inference and privacy-preserving applications. Build and deploy multi-modal AI systems integrating vision, language, and sensor data.

• Autonomous Driving & Robotics

Lead development of ADAS and L4 autonomy features such as highway auto-drive, smart parking, and auto-summoning. Architect robust sensor fusion and deep learning pipelines for real-world deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety-critical performance and reliability.

• Generative AI & Innovation

Apply generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to enhance user interaction, anomaly detection, and intelligent behavior modeling. Prototype and validate novel AI algorithms for smart devices and autonomous platforms.

• Technical Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and roadmap. Work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to align development with business goals. Engage with external partners and research institutions to stay ahead of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, autonomous systems, and embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), edge computing, and software architecture.
• Experience with V2X, AIoT, and real-time embedded systems.
• Proven track record of delivering production-level AI systems and contributing to patents/publications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI, transformers, and multi-modal models.
• Familiarity with cloud-edge integration and intelligent IoT devices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000.
