Diplomatic Perspective
 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit preparing the next generation of global leaders from the Greater Washington, D.C. area. Since 2019, we've equipped youth with skills for college access, career readiness, civic engagement, and global mobility through programs grounded in international affairs. Our mission: 
to develop the next generation of diplomatic leaders through education, social capital, and opportunity.

About the Role

We're seeking a 
Global Peace Fellow
 to support the 
Diplomatic Leaders Development Program (DLDP)
 at Bell Multicultural High School. This fellowship is ideal for individuals passionate about youth development, diplomacy, and global education.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate 
weekly in-person sessions
 at Bell Multicultural High School (Wednesdays, 2:00 PM – 3:15 PM, Dec–May)

Conduct outreach to guest speakers and manage session logistics

Procure supplies and support program operations

Develop and update curriculum aligned with high school standards and global education best practices

Administer pre/post surveys and partner feedback

Prepare 
weekly and monthly reports
 on outcomes and KPIs

     10–15 per week (prep, facilitation, meetings, research, reporting)
  • Compensation:
     $2,000 stipend
  • Location:
     CHEC – Bell Multicultural High School, Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

  • Interest in diplomacy, international affairs, and youth development
  • Experience in facilitation or program coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and global citizenship
  • Ability to commute to in person sessions at Bell multicultural High School
