As a Project Manager II, III, you will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assisting in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Conducting feasibility analyses for proposed projects and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making
• Monitoring project progress
• Ensuring service coverage, all other levels may also be required to complete duties for any level.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position, and the starting salary for level II is $83, $103,912.03, level III is $102,424 - $128,030; however, actual placement within the range of the level will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

An associate degree in a technical discipline is required for Level II. You must have a bachelor's degree in management information systems, or related field is required for level III. Financial institution experience is preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Level II: Three years of experience in project management, project planning and documentation, or project coordination. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Level III: Five years of experience in project management, project planning and documentation, or project coordination. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU's chosen authority
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred for Level III.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Project Manager II, III, you must possess these qualifications:

• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with diligence and accuracy
• Awareness of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Awareness of project management techniques and tools
• Awareness of project management software
• Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
