We are a respected and fast-growing immigration law firm seeking a motivated and professional Front Office/Client Relations Specialist. This is a dynamic role with significant opportunities for growth for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to build their career in the legal field.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an immigration law firm or within a legal office setting. Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk with confidence are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Directing client inquiries to attorneys and paralegals
  • Responding to basic office- and case-related questions
  • Performing accurate data entry into case management systems
  • Answering and routing phone calls efficiently
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Supporting the overall workflow and organization of the front office

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an immigration law firm or law office setting (mandatory)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Weekends as needed
