Good Hope Tutoring Services, LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Curriculum Designer to develop a high-impact technical test preparation program for adult learners and job candidates preparing for employment aptitude exams.
This is a fully virtual position. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials that help learners succeed in high-stakes testing environments.
What You'll Be Working On
- Design a structured 4-week test prep curriculum that supports learner progression and confidence
- Develop computer-based pre- and post-assessments to measure skill growth
- Align curriculum with industry-recognized assessments such as:
Wonderlic, Bennett Mechanical Comprehension and Ramsay-style aptitude exams
- Create instructional content covering: Math and reading (up to an 8th-grade level), Electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Ensure materials are accessible, practical, and adult-learner friendly
Engagement Structure
- Initial curriculum development phase: approximately 4–6 weeks
- Project-based engagement with opportunities for updates and future cohorts
- Strong potential for ongoing collaboration as programs expand

Compensation
- Negotiable, based on experience and scope

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
