What You'll Do

As a Field Service / Lift Station Technician, you'll work outdoors maintaining and repairing sewage lift stations and wastewater systems. This includes:

  • Performing routine maintenance and inspections on pumps, valves, and control panels
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
  • Completing plumbing and repair work
  • Using power tools and equipment (including boom trucks)
  • Entering service details into a mobile reporting app (training provided)
  • Following safety and environmental standards at all times

You'll work both independently and with a small, reliable team who takes pride in doing the job right.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
  • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Basic mechanical, plumbing, or electrical skills a plus — but not required
  • Willing to be part of an on-call rotation for emergency service
