Taste Test/Sensory Project Leader

Product Evaluations, Inc. is a full-service market research firm located in Oak Brook, IL, specializing in foodservice. Our clients are among the largest food producers and restaurant chains in the U.S., and our custom research designs (quantitative and qualitative) are on the leading edge of today's market research. We are a growing company looking for smart and energetic people to join our team

We are seeking a Taste Test/Sensory Project Leader to join our team. This role will work with our food testing group to manage taste tests from start to finish, overseeing recruiting, managing set up and day-of testing and analyzing data.

All candidates are required to have:

  • Four-year college degree (
    food science or related degree a plus

)
- Market research and/or taste test/CLT experience (training available for less experienced team members)
- Competent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Live within driving distance of Oak Brook, IL, with reliable access to a car
- Are comfortable traveling to site locations across the U.S.

Project Manager
candidates are also
required
to have:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) running taste tests on either the client side or supplier side
  • Knowledge of taste test/sensory methodologies and analytics

It's a
plus
if you have:

  • Experience with Red Jade Compusense or other survey software
  • Experience with foodservice/restaurant taste tests
